Less paperwork, more time with the children.
Otio is an AI assistant for pediatric occupational therapists: it turns your session notes into clear clinical reports, converts your questionnaires into digital forms and reminds you of deadlines. And Amit, your AI agent, is there whenever a case needs a second opinion.
- No personal information ever goes to the AI
- No ads, no trackers
A child's whole follow-up, in one place
Reports, questionnaires, deadlines and an AI agent for pediatric occupational therapy, in one app designed with occupational therapists for the everyday life of a practice.
- Reports
Reports
Otio drafts your reports from your session notes, typed or dictated: a structured report in a professional register, with its clinical ideas kept apart for you to accept or dismiss.
- Questionnaires
Questionnaires
Otio turns your PDF or Word questionnaires into digital forms: fill them in on screen and attach the answers to a report.
- Amit, your AI agent
Amit, your AI agent
Amit is an AI agent for clinical questions in occupational therapy: he answers like a colleague, drawing on the literature and your own documents, with sources cited.
- Deadlines and calendar
Deadlines and calendar
Otio keeps everything planned for each child in one place: reports due, yearly questionnaires, parent guidance, birthdays, with reminders before anything is late.
- Your practice
Your practice
Otio is shared by the whole practice: invite your colleagues, group children by school or classroom and work on the same files.
Meet Amit
Amit
Your AI agent. Cites sources and says when unsure.
An AI agent to think with, whenever you need one
Amit is the occupational therapy AI agent built into Otio. Stuck on a case between two sessions? Describe the situation: he reasons with you, suggests what to try, and shows you where it comes from.
Talks like a colleague
Short, concrete answers that think through the case with you, not an encyclopedia. He says when he isn't sure.
Grounded in the literature
He searches open-access scientific articles (PubMed Central) and cites every source he relies on, so you can read it yourself.
Your documents too
Add your courses, guidelines and protocols: Amit draws on them as well, and only your practice can see them.
Knows the child, not who they are
Ask from a child's file: he gets the history, the latest report and form dates, pseudonymized. Never any personal information.
From session notes to a report, in three steps
- 1
Note the session
A few lines, typed or dictated right after the session.
- 2
Review the draft
A structured report, with the hypotheses and recommendations to review beside it.
- 3
Export
PDF or Word, ready to print or file.
Security and data protection
Children's data, protected from the first line
Otio is built to handle sensitive information about children. Every choice starts with one question: what really needs to leave your practice?
AI without personal information
The AI never sees any identifying personal information: the model writes {{child}} and the child's name is filled in on our side. You can see exactly what will be sent before every draft, and the AI providers do not use this data to train their models.
Encrypted connections
Everything between your browser and Otio is encrypted: HTTPS only, nothing travels in plain text.
Your practice, and no one else
Only the therapists of your practice see its files, and the owner decides who joins. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
- Dictation audio is transcribed, then discarded: it is never kept.
- PDF and Word exports are made in your browser; a first name typed at export never leaves it.
- The app warns you when the child's name appears in your notes.
- No advertising cookies or tracking tools. Usage statistics stay on our servers, without names.
