Questions
What is Otio?
Otio is an AI assistant for pediatric occupational therapists: it drafts reports from your session notes, turns PDF or Word questionnaires into digital forms, keeps deadlines in a calendar, and Amit, its AI agent, answers clinical questions with sources. The AI never sees any identifying personal information.
What happens when the free month ends?
Your files stay where they are and you can still open them. Only report drafting, form imports and Amit are paused until you choose a plan.
What counts as a message?
Each question you send to Amit. A conversation holds up to 5 messages; Amit's answers aren't counted.
When are Pro's limits renewed?
Every 7 days, from the day your plan started. Anything unused doesn't carry over.
Does rewriting a report with validated ideas count?
No: only generating a draft counts. Rewriting it with the ideas you validated doesn't.
Is the price per practice?
No, per therapist: each member of the practice has their own plan and limits.
